Hotel Hostal de la Trucha

At our restaurant we prepare traditional dishes of the region, with products grown and harvested in our own fields: cereals, potatoes, vegetables and fruit. 

Our specialties are garlic soups, crumbs, shepherd's stew and trout, among others. We also serve the famous lamb of Sierra Palomita, game, lean and a great variety of desserts, such as the peach with wine and natural honey. These products result in great quality and natural cuisine.
