The Hostal de la Trucha complex is housed within what used to be the first paper factory built in Aragón. The building was later used for the manufacture of textiles. From this comes the address – ‘Paraje de Fabricas’.

Situated in the midst of the wonderful landscape of the ‘Alto Maestrazgo’, the Hostal de la Trucha stands next to the ‘Organos de Montoro’, whose very nature gives meaning to the phrase – “where you can hear the silence . . .”
